Population of the city of Barcelona by census section

Population of the city of Barcelona according to the reading of the living register which may not correspond to the actual registration on the date indicated given that there are administrative procedures that are incorporated late.

The population according to the official reading of the consolidated register corresponds to January 1 of each year. See Register of inhabitants. Population of the city of Barcelona according to sex and year of registration in the Register.

Note: On 2020-09-14 this dataset is published again after being deactivated on 2020-07-8 in order to make a review which has also led to a change of title (previously it was "Data demographics of the census sections of the city of Barcelona"), which fits more precisely to the data it contains. From the month of December'20, the DATE_DADES column is incorporated and monthly history is generated with a lag of 2 months, compared to the current month.
